"We were a family of 4 and had booked one BR suite, but were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to the Villa with private pool. The staff were very pleasant and always happy to help. The villa was large and well maintained. The outdoor pool both at the villa and the property were clean and well managed. The views from the bar at the lobby level, infinity pool and the room were all stunning. Overall a great stay. Will come back to the hotel whenever I return to Ubud"

"We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we had breakfast included in our package. Dala Spa was a highlightā€”relaxing and well worth the visitā€”and the welcome drink was refreshingly unique, unlike anything weā€™ve had elsewhere. We also arranged both a full-day and a half-day tour through the resort, and both experiences were fantastic. Our guides, Arya on the first day and Arjawa on the second, were excellentā€”friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us well informed throughout, including updates on traffic. They shared interesting insights into the local culture and the history of the places we visited. Their recommendations for lunch and dinner were spot-on, offering authentic local spots that we thoroughly enjoyed. We would definitely recommend this place!"
