This is one of those get what you pay for properties. If you’re looking for a close, inexpensive, property and you don’t care what the room is like - book here. Pools are very nice, beds are comfy. The guest house / shared room style is an acquired taste but nothing to complain about. Parking in the street is free and only a few blocks from main bars and food. Would stay again.

The pool area and grounds are very nice. The rooms/beds are old and could use some updates. It was more like staying in a temporary dorm room with bunk beds than a hotel room. The continental breakfast was OK. They do have a Starbucks coffee machine available 24 hours. The shower got hot with plenty of water pressure. The AC worked great. The toilet was almost up againt the shower so that may be a problem for some people. NYAH is in a great location and within walking distance of Duval street. Would stay again.
