"The staff were amazing and able to assist us in moving our check in date since we messed that up. The room was clean, the hotel is dated (not in a bad way), I love it. You will not find a better view off your porch and with all the chairs and extras to sit at, you have front seat to a beautiful sunset. Easy check in and a wonderful place to stay. We will be back!"

"Was a very good price for the room we got the beds were nice, but if you want breakfast , you definitely have to be down before nine a m , cause they close the doors right at nine. But it was in a good location across from the beach. The\nStaff was friendly."

"Fantastic stay as part of trip to the Redwoods. Loved the historic setting on the Klamath river. Appreciated use of the refrigerator and relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. The lookout at the top of the hill was a great place for picnic."

"We loved many things about this home: a 1st floor bedroom, large kitchen and living room, enough upstairs rooms for everyone, and a well decorated home. Some things we weren't expecting: cold floors (and feet) since only space heaters were provided and driving through a 'messy' neighborhood to get to the house. A fireplace was available for our use but we did not want to mess with it and we do not keep space heaters plugged in while we are gone (fire hazard)... and we were told once we arrived there's no furnace.The 'messy' neighborhood was a bit scary for us since we are not used to junk in yards and dilapidated homes. On the backside of the home there is a more rural farm but you must drive through this messy neighborhood first. The entrance to this rental faces this neighborhood."

"Sweet little house in the trees. There is a small market and cafe across the street but not much else if you need to shop or want to eat out. Only thing is that the property could use some TLC, the walls were dirty and could use a deep clean."
