"What a lovely gem to luck into : close to the isle 0f Skye ( just over the bridge ) but well placed , quiet and proudly Scots ( great tartan i go in the corridor walls ). We hopped over the bridge for a meal then relaxed in the super clean rooms . There’s a great guest sitting room with lots of squishy sofas but we were too tired to enjoy . However , huge five stars to the breakfast ; ‘ full Scottish ‘ plus great tasting fruit salad and selection of breads , cereals etc Would absolutely stay string "

"The vintage cottage was quite charming. Our family enjoyed the close proximity to Isle of Skye and the tranquility of being nestled in the woods after a full day of exploring. As others have stated - the views were beautiful, even in the rain!Host communications was excellent. They provided clear instructions and a list of things to see and do in the area. Home is close to groceries and dining options. Kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials. Beds are comfortable and extra blankets are available. "

"Paula and Rob were the perfect hosts ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. The cottage is essentially in two sections, each with its own bathroom & meeting in the kitchen which allows plenty of space for everyone. It was very clean & peaceful with the sound of the birds & loch heard when the windows were open. We were so lucky with the weather, perfect sunshine and clear blue skies for 2 weeks (we have never experienced this in Scotland before!) so we could explore the area from the Brochs in Glenelg to Dunvegan Castle on Skye. Sandaig bay was stunning with white sands and turquoise sea, and from the top of Sgurr an Airgid we could see the Cuillins and 360 clear views of the mountain tops. This is a wonderful place to stay for a fabulous holiday, I would certainly recommend it."
