We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. "Great location and a lovely stay overall. Really enjoyed my stay here. The location was perfect – in a lovely part of Seville, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby and within easy walking distance of the main attractions. The rooftop and pool area were also great and a really nice place to relax after a day exploring. The main downside was the room itself had very little natural light, which made it feel quite dark during the day. The soundproofing could also be better – I could hear noise from the room next door, and every morning there was around an hour of loud tapping/banging noises while the guests upstairs were showering, presumably from the plumbing. I was also delivered some towels that unfortunately weren’t clean. That said, these were relatively small issues in what was otherwise a really enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the rooftop is lovely, and I’d happily consider staying here again."

The rooms were clean and spacious and the pool area and food service was perfect for the afternoon siesta hours. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. Phenomenal stay 10/10"
