"My stay was honestly really good and relaxing.When I arrived no one was there to greet me because it was only one clerk there at that time.But when the next clerk came to the desk he was very polite,professional,informative and he did it all with beautiful smile.When I got to my room it was amazing.It smelled cleaned and the king size bed was perfect. I checked the rest room that had fresh towels and cleaned also.Finally after my long drive I decided to shower and get something to eat.Listen you can walk to restaurants their do close to the hotel and so is the mall! The bar was ok except I stood there waiting so long the clerk at the desk had to tell the lady that she had someone waiting.Finally she comes out(no smile or greeting) so I ordered an “old fashioned”.I now see her looking upset until she told me that my drink was almost finished but she discovered that she was out of Maker Mark(bourbon)and she tells me I need to pick what I want to go in the old fashion even though she was the bartender. The drink sucked! But anyhoo…I went out that night and came back too my comfy room. Fast forward the service for the room wasn’t good. I had to change and make up my bed on the second day out of my three night stay.The trash was emptied by me and the towels that was placed in the uncleaned room was put up by me.There’s mold in the shower and I later found out that the refrigerator didn’t work.But my overall stay was good and I would come back.But they do need to address the issues"

"My family of 8 adults stayed this weekend for our granddaughter’s first birthday party and later my wife’s stepmother’s funeral. The house was exactly as described in the VRBO described. It’s very well appointed with all necessities and very well decorated and very clean. Communication with owner was excellent and ver responsive. Would definitely stay here again. P"

"Fantastic!Great Location to visit our daughter and her family here in Raleigh.This house is so comfy & welcoming!Beds are really comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need to make home cooked meals.The front porch was our Favorite spot to have our morning coffee. Loved listening to the birds!The back deck was Great for evening games of Sequence & Farkle. We had such a good time.The Hosts are Excellent at making their guest feel welcomed. The communication and amenities are top notch.We look forward to returning to Vauxville House next year.Thanks again for a Wonderful Week.Mary & Jerry "

"We had a great visit! We came in to Raleigh for our daughters graduation. The house was a great meeting point for us and other family members who came in to town. The location was fairly close to NC State and North Hills so we were able to get her moved out of her apartment, have a place to stage belongings before heading off to vacation. Greatly appreciate the hospitality and communication. I highly recommend this cute little place. Thank you!"

"Great place to stay. Family came into town to attend our daughters wedding. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We had 11 quests total and we didnt feel like we were on top of each other. Plenty of things to help keep the kids entertained in the home. "
