The spa costs extra, which is fine, but you don't really figure that out until you're already trying to use it, and then you have to go down to reception, and it's a whole thing. Btw, the bar and its menu look nice but those are some of the worst drinks we'd ever had, which is saying a lot. They are expensive and poorly made. The gym is a joke. Location was mid at best. The room was okay, but overall the staff is a bit rude, and generally this was not an enjoyable place. "

"Excellent choice for short stay in Konstanz. Quiet pedestrian area on edge of old town 10 mins from station. Rooms not spacious but well equipped with draw and hanging space. Inclusion of breakfast a bonus but plenty of excellent bakeries/cafes around. Well pleased with our choice."

"Lovely, clean, and comfortable, perfect for two people. Well appointed apartment. Excellent location. We enjoyed the garden also. Check-in process was a bit confusing as this was our first time to visit the area and we did not know that we were expected to arrive at the listed check-in time. Host was very accommodating in calling us and setting up an alternate way to check in. Apartment lists a washer but we could not find one. We would suggest including a guide/sheet in the apartment with basic information for guests. Overall we were very happy with this rental and would recommend highly."
