"Our room was right above the train tracks. But amazingly, there was no noise at all with the trains in and out during the night. The room is big, but basic. The location is excellent within walking distance of the train station and ferry station."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location along the river! The front desk staff is very helpful- made reservations for us at a nice restaurant as well as helped us get tickets for the local music festival. Complimentary welcome Prosecco in the bar was a very nice treat."

"This is a great budget hotel. It’s clean and they change your towels every day. The rooms are small but if you’re always “out and about” you don’t need a big room. Good breakfast options, either coffee and a croissant for a modest price, or a full breakfast."

"A wonderful hotel full of marvellous character. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for enjoying the lake, especially for a refreshing morning swim. It’s also just a short walk into town, making it easy to explore and soak up the fantastic history. A truly memorable stay!"

"The property was amazing. Perfect location, close to a little grocery store too. The bed was comfortable. The room was spotless. The kitchenette was large and well appointed. I was very nervous about the check in procedure. I reached out via chat and email and everything was perfect. The response time was excellent and the check in was a breeze. The AC was very welcome as it was a hot 2 days in Lucerne! I would 100% stay here again and I would recommend to friends as well!"
