"The room was boiling hot when we arrived even though the thermostat said 61 degrees. Turns out they only have heat in the winter and air in the summer. Had to turn off the thermostat and open the window the 2 inches it allowed to get some cooler air into the room. Had to do this every night and then close the window because it's too noisy to sleep with open windows. "

"The room was great we had 2 queens beds and a sofa bed it had a mini fridge and freezer microwave even a dish washier sink and all . The staff was amazing Enzo and Jeff were so kind and so helpful with directions and the housekeeping lady was very kind she wasn’t rude or annoying . The staff for breakfast was kind and helpful the breakfast was better than I expected . This hotel is near the train and bus which is great to travel around queens or even to head to Manhatten and Brooklyn I will definitely be staying there again "

"the hotel was super clean and nice even though it was under construction while we stayed there. due to it being under construction however, there were no complimentary pastries which was a bummer. as for location, a lot of other reviews said the area was gritty which i guess you could say. i for one didn’t feel unsafe and there were plenty of locals outside "
