"Hotel app charged £300+ for changing dates within minutes when i had originally booked the wrong dates in error. Phoned help centre but got nowhere. Very disappointing, wont use Hotel.com again better just phoning the hotel directly."

"Good large clean room with seating area as well as bed. Great view to Cairngorms. Rustic restaurant with reasonable eange of options. Only one beer available in the bar that night but many many whiskies. "

"This house was a wonderful base for our short break in Braemar. Lots of space so teenagers could have their peace and the garden was amazing for our 2 springer spaniels to run around in. Beautiful area with lots to do. Highly recommend. "
