"The staff weren’t terribly friendly but they looked totally overworked and understaffed. The place was clean and facilities good, parking was busy!! Location is great - my only issue is it would be great if they served food later than 8:30pm"

"It’s a unique property. We unfortunately were not staying long (got in late and had to leave early) so didn’t get to experience the amenities. However, the staff went above and beyond and had the buffet ready early so we could eat before we left, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated!"

"We had a great stay here! The rooms were lovely and very clean, and having a balcony was such a nice treat with a beautiful view over Pitlochry. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the included breakfast was delicious. Would happily stay here again!"

"Staff were excellent . Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. In room 109 the shower room is needing attention. Cracked tiles and door needing replaced as looks very grubby. The actual shower was difficult to manoeuvre and stay in position."
