"Comfortable bed, GREAT desk chair, ample room, good pillow, nice amenities; noisy AC, not all the charging ports worked."

I understand it was for safety reasons but, when I asked if the could accommodate a couple of lanes for bowling and was told there’s no one who could help me at this time and someone would call me back and no one did.
