"We stayed in the manor area. I reccomend of you are hoping for a Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas vibe for your trip. The trimmings on the walls were peeling and falling off. The beds were lumpy. The heating/ac unit rattled and shook when used. The walls were thin so we knew our neighbour was watching South Park at 3am. Staff were great, when someone stole our do not disturb sign, we were brought another with the offer to exchange towels. The person who help with the computer check in was sweet and understanding. The check in was horrible. They should get rid of consuls and have staff. Bell staff were a fun crowd and kept our bags safe before leaving for our late night flight."

"Overall experience was terrible. My shower was flooding and so was the sink when we used it. They sent maintenance to Do a loud plumbing job at 11:30 pm at night while we were sleeping. The bathroom mirror was even dirty. Never again."
