"Bare bones room. I paid for room for 4 guests, only 3 bath towels. No coffee machine. Now have to pay to go up tower. No buffet."

"We arrived after midnight on our day of check in due to our flight being delayed and only one out of our two rooms was ready which was strange since it was so late so we had to wait. Once we got in our room we found hair in the tub and on our bed sheets. We stayed for 4 nights and it was not until the 3rd day that the maid actually came into our room and provided us with fresh towels. I was not sure why this was not a daily service. One of the days the pool was closed with no explanation and we were told we could use the pool at a nearby hotel which was supposedly overly crowded. On our last morning we had to get up early to catch our plane and the water was shut off in the entire hotel for maintenance. Thankfully we had bottle water so we could freshen up but that was not a great way to end our trip. The location of this hotel was also too far away from the action on the strip and it was an adventure walking out on foot as you had to go up stairs and over bridges. The hotel was a bit dated but the architecture was still pretty cool. Overall, the stay was just ok. I would recommend buying a case of water from a local store. The drinks cost $6 a bottle on site!! Super expensive."

"Not enough open seating by either pool unless you get out there at 8 am or whenever they open - or you have to rent and expensive “daybed” or cabana! Who pays $200 to just sit by the pool- now you are stuck sitting in the “middle” area between the 2 pools/ and in between the available for rent “daybeds” then no outside food/ drinks allowed in- so a 20 oz Pepsi and 11 oz Fiji water will cost you minimum $19.62 if you go get it yourself at the snack bar area, there are waitresses that will get that for you, but now I have to tip someone ?!! Vegas is not as cheap as it use to be- personally im never going back. But it’s great if you have no limit to how much you spend on vacation, if that ever becomes the case where I am independently wealthy I’m not wasting that money in this town!!"
