"We were in town for a concert at the United Center. We wanted a hotel close to the train station and the venue. This hotel fit the bill. It is in a quite neighborhood surrounded by apartment buildings. There is a pancake house in the same building but not much else close. You can walk a few blocks and find everything you want though. The check in is on the third floor which kinda threw us for a second but when we got there the front desk people couldn't be more helpful. Everyone, and I mean everyone we encountered were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean from top to bottom. Breakfast had lots of options. The only downside was the pool was pretty cool, disappointing. All the adults we saw stepped in and got right back out. The kids didn't seem to mind but.... Overall a great experience "
