"Usually love this hotel and stay frequently when visiting my daughter. However the walls are thin and if you have loud neighbors it can be annoying. Such was the case on this recent visit. We had loud music and hooting and hollering keeping us up till after 2 am. Tried to call the front desk twice to issue a noise complaint but no one answered. Too tired and cranky to change clothes and go to the front desk. Also the free breakfast is very nice but they need to cook the bacon better."

"The host was very friendly. The property was well maintained and clean. Normally when we stay somewhere we find the beds very uncomfortable, but the beds here were wonderful! Our son goes to Niagara University. There was plenty of room so we were able to provide a home cooked meal for him and his friends. We will definitely be staying here again! "

"We were visiting for a family funeral during a cold snap. Paul was very responsive, and the house is beautiful. It had EVERYTHING we needed!!! This is one of the best equipped VRBO I've ever seen. We were siblings traveling with our mother. The home looks just like the pictures, and is spotless. The second bathroom is downstairs, but we only looked at it and never needed it. I can't thank Paul enough for shoveling multiple times a day. I was worried about my mother in the snow and ice, but it never became an issue. I recommend taking advantage of the kitchen because DoorDash didn't seem to be available. There is a grocery store nearby, and on Friday night, we grabbed food at the Tin Pan Alley (which was good and seems to be popular). My brother plans to return in the summer with his family when he can enjoy the backyard and BBQ. "

"House was perfect for our family. Mary and Sandy were very accommodating to our needs. They went above and beyond to furnish the home. When we needed something Mary was right there to bring it over. I would give them a five star rating g. We will book again next year. Thank you for your hospitality. You were so kind. "

"The rental was very nice. The accommodations were very good. The view was exceptional. My only complaint is that it took five hours to get the code to get in the house which became very stressful."

"When we arrived at approximately 2pm there was no heat with temps outside in the 20s. We called and finally at 10:30 pm someone showed up. Apparantly the pilot light was out on one of the three furnances. The third furnance didn't work therefor two of the back bedrooms and bathrooms had no heat. Two space heaters were dropped of and that blew a fuse. They finally fixed the fuse still no hear there were many excuses we never got heat. The house was not very clean and the shower in one of the freezing rooms leaked down to the kitchen. We also had snow 4-5 inches and the walks were never shoveled. Very disappointed in the owners. Very poor management. Would not recommend stay in the winter."

"Beautiful house, tastefully decorated, very conveniently located close to everything in the town of Lewiston. We loved sitting on the wide deck , relaxing and overlooking the Niagara River. My family arrived from different locations so the circular driveway was a plus for our cars."
