"We have been staying in this hotel because the location is perfect.It is within walking distance to the lift, the Snowdance ski rental, Pizza 101, and a Mexican restaurant. Our room was somewhat renovated, but the Wi-Fi stopped working. The hotel used to have breakfast, but not anymore. They only have coffee. "

"We had a terrible stay at this rental. First, they gave us the wrong keys and we couldn't get into the parking garage. The staff person who we were told would be in touch ASAP didn't contact us for two hours. Inside the rental, the pullout couch was absolutely decrepit and didn't work. The electric burners were also disconnected and weren't turning on. We finally figured out the problem, but Vacasa was of no help—40 minutes after our "urgent" request was put in, still no word from the local manager. Also, the shower water barely got warm. Would not recommend staying here."

"We had an amazing time here! The house is so much bigger than the pictures, it is incredible! It was perfectly clean, was well stocked with everything we needed, and was so comfortable! The hot tub is great, the kitchen is amazing, and the bedrooms are so big! Also, the location is perfect. We skied at Keystone every day, and it worked out great. The River Run parking lot is only 5 minutes away and always had available spots. We also walked there (although not in ski boots ) several times to go into the village. Breckenridge is just 25 minutes away with a beautiful spot to stop on the way - Sapphire Point. This house deserves 10 stars, it really is perfect!"

"The toilet in our room was broken and we had to ask staff twice to send someone up and the solution they gave us was to throw our toilet paper in the trash can… "

"Great accommodations for a family of 4. The space was just what we needed and the location was great and convenient. The community vibe was also friendly and inclusive. The unit had a couple of things in need of an update…esp kitchen appliances and equipment as well the mattresses."

"This condo had been updated and interior was very nice with view of river run gondola and slopes. . Needs a new shower head as the way the stream breaks up makes the water slight warmer than lukewarm. Tv in bedroom would freeze, not sure if it was dish issue ir tv issue. Ski locker room was great with plenty of room. Steam room in garden floor was not working during our stay which. Was a bummer, and there were no pool/hot tub towels on Sunday. Be patient for elevators bc they are slow. "
