"Great stay overall. The hotel is in a really nice location within the resort, with beautiful mountain views and easy access to nearby bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The rooms were clean, and the bedding was very comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. "The current hotel's name is different with that in hotels.com, so we have wasted a lot of time to locate the hotel. The contact number wasn't valid, we found another contact through internet and reach the hotel finally. The staff 'Ms Cheung' gave us the hard-sell. She claimed that she will provide a day trip to Yulong Mountain with a very reasonable price. However, we found that was much more expensive than other agent. She changed her attitude dramatically after we rejected her offer."
