"Parking was great. Right outside hotel and well lit. Reception staff excellent. Friendly professional and very informative. Good conversation amd friendly. Room was comfortable although a bit tired and in need of renovation. Taps were difficult to turn off but managed it. Highly recommended this hotel and staff."

"We had a lovely time staying at the Park Hall Hotel and Spa in Wolverhampton recently. The rooms were immaculate and had all the necessities required including tea, coffee and biscuits. The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our stay. Brandon and the rest of the team were attentive and approachable. The parking facilities are also great.
