Every time I checkin I have to provide my address, email, phone number, etc. all over again. I cant understand why Im treated like its my first time staying, instead of a "welcome back" type of approach that other hotels have. "

"The room we stayed in was in the basement and was incredibly loud from the noise on the road outside. I have received a call and have been offered a discount but this room should really not be used for customers. The bar is open late and the hotel is generally clean."
