Located in one of the elite areas of London, still a great value for money and a truly fine small hotel. The staff are very helpful, the Parkview rooms are among the best in the city, And it's close to both the parks enjoyment and getting away, and all of Mayfair and the West End for entertainment and dining. The spa is also very good A real gem.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was exceptionally welcoming and eager to assist. The front desk staff went above and beyond. They personally escorted my husband and me to our room, explained how everything worked, and made sure we had everything we needed. The level of customer service was truly outstanding. I was especially impressed that the concierge agent remembered my name from when I booked our airport transportation, such a thoughtful and personal touch. Every interaction made us feel genuinely valued and treated like royalty. A special mention goes to the doorman, Muhammad Ali (I believe that’s his name), who was always courteous, professional, and ready to help with any request. His kindness and attentiveness truly enhanced our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
