"Fantastic location in the city centre. Original features of the building have been kept. We had a large quiet room with a bath and over bath shower, rooms are comfortable but probably in need of some refurbishment. Good breakfast and friendly bar staff. The hotel advertises as having a car park but no longer has one. Using the recommended “just park” app the local NCP car park is 5 minutes walk away and greatly reduced using this app. The hotel really needs to update its website to show no parking available on site We had a lovely stay and the location for a concert on the park was great"

"Edward stood out as an exceptionally helpful member of staff. So informative, friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond and we were very grateful as it was our first visit to Cardiff. We had a deluxe room which was very comfortable, executive lounge was an added bonus. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of of choice."
