With zen interiors, this 2-bedroom apartment in North London is the perfect city-break escape. Conveniently located, Hampstead, Primrose Hill and The Regent’s Park – home to London Zoo – are all on the doorstep. Just a 15 minute journey from Bond Street, to explore Mayfair, Oxford Street and Hyde Park.
The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the building, with a lift up to the entrance.
Inside the home, there is a welcoming entrance hall, with the main living areas on the right-hand side.
KITCHEN
A modernist kitchen, with sleek fittings in white. The kitchen offers all the amenities you will need during your stay. This is open plan from the living area.
LIVING AND DINING ROOM
The living and dining area offers a relaxing feel, complete with ambient lighting and a neutral colour palette. The space comprises a long wooden dining table and surrounding chairs. The seating area includes a large corner sofa, a comfortable armchair, a marble-topped table and television. Sliding doors lead out to the balcony.
BALCONY
The balcony overlooks the street below and provides some outside space during your stay. There is a wooden outdoor table and chairs here.
FIRST BEDROOM
The first bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, with white bedside tables either side. A wardrobe and chest-of-drawers complete the space.
BATHROOM
The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, an oval-basin and a WC, with contemporary grey tiling throughout.
WC
There is a separate WC and basin, for convenience.
MASTER BEDROOM
The light master bedroom offers a King-size bed, with artwork on the wall either side of the bed. There is also a white wardrobe for storage space, along with a chest-of-drawers and a stylish circular mirror.
**To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.**
