  • Full of character and colour, this spacious maisonette is set in an Edwardian building, on a tree lined street in a quiet leafy area of North London.
    With excellent transport links and only a short walk from the coffee shops, pubs and restaurants of beautiful Highgate and trendy Crouch End, Central London is only 25mins door to door!
    Two good sized double bedrooms and spacious living room with a sofa bed are tastefully decorated with a variety of art, books and plants. There is a fully equipped kitchen with every type of coffee maker, a dishwasher, washer dryer for your clothes and a beautiful roof terrace for those summer days. Quality linen and towels are provided.
    Perfect for a group of up to 5 people.
    *Please note that this apartment is over spread over 3 floors, is not suitable for people with mobility issues and does not have a lift.

I wish I could give this property and its hosts ten stars. We just had the most wonderful stay in Alex and Isi’s lovely flat. It is clean, cozy, and the perfect place to stay for our London vacation. Transportation was easy to navigate. We loved and appreciated amenities like spices and filtered water as well as shower gel and shampoo. The beds were comfortable and it is situated on the most delightful residential street. It will definitely be a place we will come back to. The host is an EXCELLENT communicator. The apartment was absolutely wonderful...spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Comfortable beds, lots of hot water, responsive heating...these are not things to take for granted! This flat was absolutely perfect for our first trip to London! We loved the neighborhood vibe, walkability, and location near so much nature, like Hampstead Heath & Waterlow Park. Transportation to other parts of the city via the tube was convenient, too. The flat itself was gorgeous, full of artistic touches, and incredibly comfortable. It was quiet, felt safe, and was a truly wonderful find. We luckily got to meet the host who had provided a flat & area guide in advance, and then recommended even more amazing places to go & see. Fantastic accomodations

The flat was well appointed, clean and pleasing to the eye. Pretty and quiet neighborhood with close access to the tube. Alex was super nice, quick to respond and was very accommodating by providing us with an air bed, extra sheets, towels and pillow for the 4th person that was added to our party. Great time in London

Alex is a very nice host and the flat lives up to its promise. Comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen and living room. The location is also very good. Very nice and quiet residential area but with bus and underground in 30-40 minutes in the centre. Supermarket, cafés and restaurants are even within walking distance.

Great flat in a wonderful area. Not far from highgate with its wonderful village and pubs. Crouch end, which is also lovely is a short walk away. A slice of heaven

This property was amazing. The house, the decor, the artwork and the rooftop deck were all better than pictured. The location was the greatest resting spot after a day of sightseeing in Central London or hiking outside London. We spent our evenings in Crouch End at Alex’s suggestion and met lovely people and had lovely meals. Even got a makeover hairdo at The Crown. Best of all was Alex the host…so friendly, helpful, responsive and full of great suggestions. The best VRBO host I have had the pleasure of renting from in years.

Highgate Flat just brilliant

This flat gave us everything we were expecting and everything we needed. I stayed with my wife, daughter and her husband for four days, it is immaculately clean and it worked for us perfectly. It is located in a beautiful quiet street with all the local facilities we needed. The tube is just down the road and the pubs are close by in every direction. Alex is a true champion as a host, our check in was smooth and easy. Also Alex is a very attentive host who was on hand and contactable whenever we needed advice or help any matter. Superb stay and wonderful hosts

Our family stayed here for 5 days and loved it. The flat is clean, the beds are comfortable, all amenities are provided and the hosts (Alex and Isi) are welcoming, responsive and first-class. The neighbourhood is lovely — mostly residential and great for walking. Perhaps not recommended for anyone with limited mobility because Highgate is quite hilly, but we loved it. There are 2 underground stations within a 15 minute walk, as well as bus stops close by. Even better, there are places to shop and eat in almost every direction (again, if you don’t mind a bit of a walk). Throw in the rooftop terrace with views of London and we could not recommend this place more highly.
