This was my second time staying here! The flat is fantastic - it’s just as pictured, spacious, clean and so comfortable! The location can’t be beat - just around the corner from a tube stop. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Yvonne is a fantastic host - I would absolutely recommend this flat to everyone who wants a great place to stay in London!
We stayed 8 nights. The apartment was perfectly located- tube station, market, cafes. We walked to Nottinghill, Portobello Road, restaurants, Holland Park. Eve, our host, was lovely and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again in future trips.

Of the places we stayed on our UK trip, this was our favorite! The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family. Very convenient to the Tube, lots of shops and places to eat within a short walking distance. The host was absolutely amazing and very responsive. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone!
We loved this charming flat, the host was lovely and very attentive. The neighbor hood is quiet and with everything you need is just a short walk. We enjoyed walking to Starbucks every morning and of course gelato in the afternoons. I highly recommend this flat for your visit in London.

Wonderful, cozy apartment in an upscale walkable neighborhood. Around the corner from the Holland Park tube station, and several nice places to eat within two blocks. Two bedrooms and two baths - perfect for our family with two teenagers. Communication with host was great- she met us to let us in, and even brought by fresh flowers. Very nice to have a clothes washer and dryer.
We had a wonderful time in London. The flat was perfect and just as described. The location was on point and just around the corner from the tube station. Yvonne met us at the apartment and informed us of everything. She was a delight. The apartment was clean, bright, and had everything we needed.

The flat was wonderful and centrally located between Kensington and Notting Hill. It was right around the corner from the underground. Yvonne was delightful. The apartment was clean and had fans in every room which was nice because it was hot. I would definitely recommend.

The location is outstanding only a block from Holland Park tube and walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants and Portobello Rd. Loved it felt like a home away from home. Great stay in a fabulous location so close to Holland Park tube station with lots of shops and restaurants just one street away. Apartment was wonderful with good security, excellent kitchen and laundry facilities and the second toilet/shower room was an added bonus for our family. Yvonne was a lovely, hospitable host. We first stayed in this apartment in 2019 and enjoyed it so much we came back. The tube is only a block away. We were near a grocery store, a pub, delis, restaurants, and other shops. We could walk to Edera a wonderful Italian restaurant. We love the neighborhood and the apartment.
Loved the flat. Really clean and plenty big. Perfect for our family of four adults. Great location literally a block from Holland Park Tube Station which has nice pubs, restaurants, markets around the corner. Close access by bus or tube to all London sites or walk to Notting Hill and Kensington park. Don’t miss shopping at Notting Hill street market like in the movie. Host Eve was super nice and helpful, especially at check in. Will recommend to friends.
Positives: Host was highly responsive; Great location with a two minute walk to the Central line and a ten minute walk to the Circle (red) and District Lines (yellow and green); located in a sub-neighborhood of Notting Hill with multiple pubs, tasty cafes and convenient stores; quiet with a 10 min walk to the hustle and bustle of Notting Hill.
Gap: Living room furniture was tired with an uncomfortable covered futon as the couch. Flat would have felt cramped if we were stuck in there for a rainy day.
Overall - Would stay again for the location, quiet, cleanliness and host.

We arrived in Kensington not knowing any of the area. We got off the tube and almost around the corner was our rental. We were so pleased with both the area and where we were staying. Having the Tube so close was a wonderful plus!
It was a pleasure to step inside and see how pretty and clean everything was, true to the photos and descriptions.
The area around included restaurants ,grocery store and so many places of interest that were within walking distance. Especially loved the meal and atmosphere at The Castle , a pub right around the corner.
Try not to miss Portobello Market, especially if you want a few souvenirs.

I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to be in an area that is close to so many things of interest.
