Nice Hotel. 2 minutes walk to Big Ben! Staff were very friendly. Rooms are very clean and modern. Only gripe was no view as we had an atrium view but we weren’t in the room long enough to worry.

Premier Inn London County Hall
Very inconvenient stay. No breakfast or parking, difficult to access with luggage, and the property is not appealing. It also takes too long to get inside when carrying bags, and it is very expensive.

Lovely stay from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and efficient (just note there’s a £25 deposit, which I hadn’t expected).
