"Great Hotel, just minutes from a ton of things to do in Shibuya. The staff were extremely helpful, and every time we needed something they were able to accommodate. You can tell the building is a little older and the rooms are on the smaller side, but they were well maintained and clean. It helps that it’s so close to everything in Shibuya as well as various train stations so there was never any confusion to get anywhere. While we did not try the lunch buffet, we did try the breakfast buffet. It was a little pricey compared to other food on the area, but the food was great tasting and offered a large amount of both western and eastern dishes. Would recommend if you planned on eating there in the morning one day. Overall it was a really solid experience, and you just can’t beat the location and how great the staff were."

"The hotel is contemporary and well maintained and staffed. It’s in the city so it can get a little noisy with cars and trains, but not overly so. Besides the noise, the only other thing that made this a 4 vs. a 5 star review was the odd configuration of having the sink in the main room as opposed to the bathroom. Not too big a deal, but it is a little odd to brush your teeth in front of everyone. Breakfast was very nice with a buffet and made to order meals. Overall it was a good value and I would stay here again."

"The room is smaller than expected but we soon get use to it. The bathroom is so tiny and it's like a hurdle course going into the bathroom and into the bathtub. Amenities are placed at the lobby so you can choose what you need during your stay... this is good as it reduces wastage. Breakfast spread is good and generous and it is always crowded no matter what time you go. Overall it is a good 5 night stay."
