"Shower handle was loose upon arrival (flew off upon trying to turn on shower). Good place to stay for a party of 2, and a no frills accommodation close to the shopping areas in Shibuya and the crossing. Would not recommend for a family of 3 (w/ young child)."

"This property was very conveniently located in Harajuku and easy to get to from the nearest train station. There are many restaurants and shopping options within minutes of the hotel. Though our room was small, the biggest challenge was the bed situation. It was fairly hard, but the pillows were very small and very hard. These need to be improved upon. Otherwise we would've slept better and wouldn't have felt overly tired due to lack of sleep and comfort. "

"Great location for subway, JR, & Shinjuku. Spacious rooms for Tokyo standard, quite clean & good condition, loved the balcony! Had a comfortable stay but front desk was disorganised on the morning we wanted to check out & queue was disorderly. Apart from this our stay was great. One staff member helpfully arranged our suitcases to be shipped to our next hotel which was very easy & convenient. Would recommend."
