"Great location to Newburyport and surrounding area. Clean room. Did not interact with any staff. Room has a code as I arrived after the front desk was closed. Restaurant above was closed and not listed on website. Plenty of places to eat within a coupon mile radius. Would stay again."

"We usually stay at a nearby Inn , but it was booked for a wedding. This was perfect. Set on a quiet street that is across from the rail trail and a short walk to the Joppa Flats. A great walk to downtown Newburyport in a historical neighborhood. We shopped, ate at the Grogg, local favorite. The apartment was cozy, clean with all the amenities. My friend and I loved it. Highly recommend "

"It was clean. The grounds not fancy, but kept up, but the hotel itself is shabby. It needs some TLC. We were in a nonsmoking room, but you could tell it had once been a smoking room because of the smell. Cigarette burns in the sink and some of the furniture. Breakfast was coffee, juice, packaged pastries and coffee, tea and juice. Nothing substantial, but the breakfast room was clean and pretty."
