"This was an impressive best western. I liked the indoor pool and how the rooms were open to it with terraces. My kids loved the play structure and arcade. I liked the attached restaurant, so convenient the first night we were there. The rooms were clean, all the staff were nice and accommodating. It is a little dated but the cleanliness made up for that. The area was also a bit rough, there were a lot of small rundown looking businesses immediately surrounding it but that’s what Niagara Falls really is like anyways - some places built up looking nice, most rundown and needing some TLC"
