"The Drey is in a lovely neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and shops and steps from Earls Court tube station. Property is extremely clean and fresh with all modern conveniences. Every staff member was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Will definitely be my choice any time I return to London."

When we brought our concerns to the hotel manager, they did not care or attempt to correct the situation. TV didn’t work during our entire stay. Hotel is not in a convenient location. "Breakfast was good. Room could have been a little cooler for me but was fine for my daughter(we shared the room). Staff was exceptional especially Clyde, Carlos and Stephanie. Carlos even went and got a cake with candles, knowing it was my daughter’s birthday we had come to London from Canada to celebrate and sang happy birthday to her. He gets a gold star from us. Well done."
