"Great historic hotel in a lovely neighborhood of diplomatic missions in South Kensington. Historic & atmospheric lobby, great on-site restaurant for a quick or a proper sitdown meal & a well-stocked bar. Rooms are renovated and, while not spacious, are well-appointed with marble baths, excellent bath products & extras. Staff are super helpful and allowed a complimentary early check-in for a pair of tired travelers at 11 am. Extra blankets were provided promptly, as requested. Highly recommend."

"Have stayed here dozens of times, on my own, with my child, with my husband, and it's always great. My only wish is that they had mini fridges in the rooms for leftovers!"

"Had a lovely stay at Bob W Holland Park. Great location - quiet overall and right in front of a bus stop so it’s easy to get around the city. The room & amenities were quite nice. The only thing I didn’t love is that the walls seem pretty thin - I could hear the tv next door/whenever anyone was on the phone or moving luggage around. If you’re a light sleeper/sensitive to noise, consider this before booking but I would stay here again."

"Limited parking and not secure. Hotel is dated, smells and feels unclean. Beds are lumpy, along with pillows and didn’t feel fresh.empty shower gel and hand wash dispensers. Stains down the glass "

"The good: decent price, great location, fridge and microwave in room, responsive hosts. The not so good: this is not really a hotel. There is no front desk, no staff on site, no luggage storage, not even a sign. The ensuite bath was tiny, nobody over 5’10”/200lbs would even fit in the shower."

"Great hotel in a great location. We had a really good price for the room as well. The decor of our room was a bit dated but nothing to complain as it was clean and comfortable for a family of 3. The staff were really lovely as well ad gave us vouchers for the bar. My partner does not like lifts and the stairs are a bit hard to find but we were on one of the lower floors so didn't affect us. Would recommend and return (requesting a floor on a lower floor!)"
