"This hotel provides excellent comfort and service. The free shuttle around town provides a great service. No need to drive and find parking in one's own rental car. The staff are remarkably friendly and helpful about travel options to nearby Herculaneum and Pompeii. The restaurant has tasty choices and friendly staff. Parking is in a garage located at -1 level on the hotel's elevator. Luigi and Sara were super helpful in arranging travel experiences to the Amalfi coast. Overall, an excellent place to stay in Portici, a suburb of Naples."

"Rooms are cleaned and attended to, however, due to poor ventilation there is evidence of black mold in the washroom. Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at. Front staff, not very knowledgeable of attractions or events to guide a tourist. Breakfast was well stocked and varied. Natural on this place as it does only what is needed...minimum standards. Over all appearance of the rooms, very authentic to the region. Lots of character in the rooms and spacious."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and close to the train station (approximately a 6 minute walk). The garden area out front of the hotel was a nice bonus! We were told the area wasn't the best, but we didn't have any issues as female travelers, even in the evenings. We would stay here again."

Umhverfið í kringum hótelið var sóðalegt. Myndi aldrei bóka hótelið aftur. En morgunmaturinn var góður, ferskir ávextir en vont kaffi."
