I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Madrid. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the entire place felt modern and welcoming. The location is perfect — very convenient for exploring the city, with many shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made check-in smooth and were always available to answer questions or offer recommendations. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay even better. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Great location, excellent service, and a very comfortable room. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid

Property was clean however in need of repairs. Bathroom had water damage and shower wasn’t sealed. Difficult to keep water from spraying out. Property was safe and walkable. However, street was loud and noisy with workers, people until 2 am every evening.
