The only issue I had was checking in. It was not difficult, but lengthy. We didn't have the correct app, or WiFi which made it a bit difficult. If your phone dies while you are out, you won't get in. Secondly you can't get in the room until exactly 3:00. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and was a short walk to the train. It was my first experience with self check in and would do it again now that I know what to do. Would be nice if it was easier to check in.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the mattess was warped. The room was very small with no Tv and the bathroom stayed wet tge entire time drspite the fact that we had the dan on and the window of the room open. It was freezing ypon areical as rhey oeft the window wide open. It was also VERY noisy. They slso wanted extra money for more towels even tho we booked a 3 day stay Would not stay again.

This place is auto check in right? So if you need a towel because they forgot you were 2 people you need to use one towel for both, easy right? No one will answer you, don’t lose your time. Otherwise not the best place at all

Check in was VERY difficult. I booked through Expedia that gives scam warnings against putting your credit card into any other website. To do the traveler check in you must put in your card. I changed my SIM card to travel and they sent a text to my American sim, making me unable to check in without switching.

*Mold Alert* This was one of the most disappointing and unclean stays I've ever had. The biggest problem that I had with the hotel is the fact that our room had a strong mold smell, which we later learned that our private bathroom was covered in mold (mainly in the shower and ceiling). It was very apparent that the bathroom wasn't cleaned before and even long before our stay. My partner and I had to endure this for an entire night seen that we arrived late (it was self check in) and we had to put my health in jeopardy because it was too late to find a replacement and we were extremely tired from our travels. I later tried reaching out to the staff through expedia and I never received any response. Aside from the mold, there was markings on the walls. It is a shame that the property management team is allowing people to stay in such conditions.

La ropa de cama sucísima, llena de manchas. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. Solo ponen toallas de ducha, no de manos... si quieres otra toalla, tienes que pagar un extra. Se oían TODOS los ruidos de otras habitaciones. La habitación y el baño enanos... la ducha no tragaba el agua, olía a tubería que apestaba. Un despropósito... para no repetir.

Una habitación acceptable para una estancia de cortos dias. Habitación bastante pequeña, pero si su uso es únicamente para dormir está correcta. El baño no es la gran cosa, pero como punto fuerte destacaría la ducha. La cama algo incomoda, sobre todo los cojines, pero se acaba pasando la noche. Destacable que tiene aire acondicionado. En general una habitación pequeña pero bastante acceptable, con buena limpieza. Destacar que tanto sabanas como toallas tenian alguna mancha, pero se notava que habían estado lavadas, así que no nos preocupo.

Buena opción por el precio

En general está bien, la ubicación sobre todo en la noche se siente algo inseguro, un poco retirado del metro, pero en línea directa con el centro. El cuarto por el precio me parece excelente pequeño y limpio, sin lugar para la maleta, ni la ropa. Una cosa a remarcar negativamente es que el techo del baño tiene moho negro por la humedad acumulada. El sistema de extracción es ineficaz y ruidoso. La entrada automática para llegar y salir, es novedoso y práctico, pero, si uno no tiene acceso a internet o se quedó sin batería, algo que ocurre a menudo cuando nos encontramos de viaje, puede ser un incordio.

Bom local, perto da estação de trem, só o quarto que era muito apertado, mas não fez a viagem menos incrível por isso. O banheiro por ser compartilhado era extremamente limpo e do ladinho do quarto.. Todos os dias que ficamos lá não cruzamos com ninguém, era como se fosse só nosso.

MUITO RUIM

Quarto horrível, só tinha ventilador e aquecedor, um travesseiro horrível que mais parecia uma parede de tão alto e duro, péssima limpeza, tinha cabelo no chão do box quando entramos no banheiro, cacos de vidro no chão do quarto por toda parte, como se tivessem quebrado um espelho. Só recebi o e-mail informando sobre o check-out 1 dia depois que cheguei no Brasil. Resumindo, péssimo quarto, péssimo atendimento, péssima limpeza. A localização é mais ou menos, fica a 20 minutos da Gran Via de metrô.

Struttura senza pretese ma dal buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, ha nelle vicinanze una fermata della Metro. Da migliorare materasso e cuscini perchè sono troppo rigidi. Nel piccolo bagno sarebbe opportuno aggiungere qualche mensola, altrimenti non si sa dive appoggiare gli oggetti.
