We had an excellent stay! The apartment was very clean, well-connected, and conveniently located. The hosts were friendly and kind, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage until check-in time, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that the elevator wasn’t working, and our apartment was on the top floor. However, everything else was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect staying place, smells clean and it was clean, well decorated and furnished, communication w management was a breeze, in-house staff were friendly, even after hours texted and got answers. Very suitable for family trip and budget traveller

New apartment in Numancia Madrid. Need around 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. If you always use Uber for transport, or want to find budget apartment, this is a great choice.

Hi, The building has been renovated and is comfortable. However, I noticed that the staircase leading to the second floor was quite dirty. When I entered the apartment, there was dust everywhere, especially on the pictures and the lamps. I opened the dishwasher and it smelled bad and was dirty. The kitchen sink was leaking underneath. I also opened the oven, and it was dirty and clearly needed to be sanitized. The toilet seat lid needs to be repaired, and the blanket stored in the closet had yellow stains and did not appear to be clean. The location and overall convenience of the apartment are excellent, but unfortunately the cleanliness was extremely poor.

Place is nice and clean. Entry is no problem and we dont have to worry about carrying a key. Kitchen with a bowl of fruits is also a bonus as we were able to cook our food and save money from eating out. Owner is always communicating with us, although it takes me time to understand as I still have to translate the messages in English

Apartment was well equipped. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and took up most of the available space. Breakfast was pretty much non-existent. Stale croissants and about 10 cornflakes! Some juice, milk, tea and coffee though. Area around the property isn't the best, but fairly quiet. Only a short walk to a metro station, which got you into the centre very quick. Probably around 25/30 mins from leaving the apartment and we were in the city centre. Would stay again - but change my expectations of breakfast!

The staff was fine but there should be a better explanation of this property, 1st it was difficult to find especially as a foreigner. 2nd if you are renting a car and thinking about parking around the property or is nearly impossible and we received a ticket trying to do so. 3rd The doorbell would ring at all times of the night with strangers trying to get into the building that will make anyone feel unsafe. 4th the washer is just a washer you have to hang dry clothes which is not as fast as they say. Again for what we wanted it worked out but had I known these 4 things in particular I would've opted to stay somewhere else.

La ubicación de la propiedad es muy buena, acceso al metro línea 1 a unas cuadras lo que permite moverse a los puntos centrales de Madrid, el apartamento bien equipado , con caja de seguridad y complementos para el desayuno :-)

El sofá cama, deberían cambiar los colchones, sucios, y la limpieza debajo de el,mal. Para colmo reservé dos noches, ponía acumula y canjea y resulta que acabo da hablar con hoteles.com y me dice que como use dos noches no tengo derecho a acumular sellos y eso que pagué, a parte de las noches canjeadas más del doble del valor de las noches canjeadas, creo que no fueron gratis como me dicen, en fin lo de siempre, te ofertan una cosa y luego es otra. Sujiero que pongan ACUMULA O CANJEA, en vez de acumula y canjea, por que así nos engañan, ya que no puedes hacer las dos cosas. Y lo de el aparcamiento en las instalaciones, nada de nada, no tiene , hay que ir a otro edificio como a 200 metros, no está lejos pero no en el mismo.

El apartamento es pequeñito, pero la terraza del ático le da mucha vida. El desayuno no considero desayuno , sino detalle de bienvenida. ( un brick de leche estaba caducado desde enero). Y mejor no hablar del sofá cama, nos costó un montón abrir, se nos quedaba en cuesta, y estaba todo el somier atado con cintapack. Relación calidad-precio me parece excesivo
