The hostel is very clean and well maintained. The bunkbeds are equipped with privacy curtains. I also loved the communal area as well as the onsite washer dryer combo. All around a solid hostel.

Great for the price. Location is perfect

For the price it was great. The only draw back is that the bedrooms did not have windows so waking up naturally was not easy. The location was amazing.

Best hostal in Madrid, great location like 4 min away from Plaza de España and Palacio Real, a lot of supermarkets around it and coffee shops, for the price is one of the best hostels there is and it’s super comfortable, has a kitchen and fridge so you can save your food

Ideal location, friendly staff

Perfect location near major attractions and metro connections. Common areas were very small but always clean and staff very friendly. My only problem with the hostel was that because it’s small and my room was near the common area it could be quite noisy with inconsiderate guests making loud noise in the middle of the night (not the fault of the hostel obviously but just something to bear in mind)

Not bad for a hostel

Not bad, would consider booking again. I liked the location and the fact that there was a curtain for privacy, also there was a small shelf and a power outlet. The bed was comfortable. There wasn't too much air in the room and the air condition did not seem to be working that well. It was hot and humid even in winter with 12 people sleeping there. Also, there was a window from my bed to a patio with no covers that opened automatically during the siesta, letting in 4 degree air from the outside.

It was truly the worst hotel stay ever. I will rate my experience and share it on all those websites. The woman working at the reception was not up to the required standard for handling guests and answering their questions. She kicked me out of the hotel just for asking if there were bananas at breakfast! She was unprofessional and unwilling to listen to me. I have never seen anything like this before. When I refused to leave the hotel because I had paid in advance for five nights, she called the police. All the guests witnessed that I did not do anything disrespectful to her. The rest of the staff were kind and helpful, but this woman was truly rude. I will share my experience to prevent other guests from facing the same treatment from this woman. She completely ruined my vacation. She wrote her Name but I think it’s not correct she is Uyanga
