"Overall need to update lobby and room decor and aesthetics.too much traffic in lobby.Attentive staff. Kind of slow check in process. I booked an executive suite for 3 people and at check in I was was told the suite only had 1(one) bed for 3 people??? It was unacceptable and would have been uncomfortably awkward 😕 I was given a smaller room with 2 beds, not really meeting up a suite category. My time was very limited to spend on complaining, so we made do of what we have. Location was very convenient for last minute shopping, dining and its near the airport. Staff was friendly and attentive. Thank you "

"I’ll start off in saying the staff was great and they attend to all your needs. When we arrived and walked into the building, it looked very nice and classy as you would expect. But you are greeted with a very strong smell of a cleaning chemical that does not smell pleasant. I am very sensitive to air quality and it was a little difficult to take a deep breath on the ground floor with this smell. My advice would be to change cleaning fluid to a more pleasant smell. When we arrived in the room, there was a strong musty smell. Again, it was difficult to take a deep breath. The hotel promptly changed our room when we complained. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the breakfast buffet. A few years ago we stayed here and the breakfast buffet was spectacular. Things have changed drastically. The food was extremely sub par and It was hard to find anything we liked. The breakfast buffet was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. The quality has suffered and it really is a shame. "
