"The place was very clean. The host was probably the best we have experienced in our years of using VRBO. He communicated very clearly and was most hospitable. There were two pet dishes outside of the front door upon our arrival; this told us our pet was very welcome. The location was great - quiet neighborhood and within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. Great shopping and restaurants were close, and we were just 3 miles from the hospital (which was the main reason for our trip). I highly recommend staying here."

"Everything was clean, kitchen had paper towels (idk why I appreciate this so much when it happens lol), plenty of towels, throw blankets, TVs, easy parking, and host had the AC on for us before we got there so it wasn’t super hot inside. The host was accommodating to my service dog. The neighborhood was cute and there is food within walking distance. Highly recommend "

"This was an overnight stay to be remembered. The place was cozy and clean. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the revitalized Murray Hill neighborhood of Jacksonville it was super conveniently located and had everything and more inside to make it feel like home. Especially loved the honor system minibar. From check-in to checkout we felt well taken care of. Would stay here again if it’s available on another visit to the area."

"A lovely property that looks brand new. Exceptionally clean inside, and beds were very comfortable. Communication with Host was pleasant. There was a coffee maker, coffee, and Splenda but no creamer. We opted to stop by Wawa on our way to the Equestrian Center for coffee and breakfast. We did no cooking or eating at the house so I can't speak to dishes, utensils, etc.There are train(s) nearby that some of our group heard during the nights, but they didn't disrupt our sleep. There is a pallet business across the side street but I don't know how noisy it is during the day. We were gone by 5:30 every morning and did not return until 8 to 10pm. We would suggest to the Host adding to the number of towels for each guest. There were no hand towels or wash cloths provided. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook in the future. "
