"Check in was terrible. We arrived a couple hours early. As most travelers do. We were told to leave our stuff in the lobby. I had medicine that needed to be refrigerated. The resort was empty. No reason why they couldn’t give us an early check. We even offered to pay. Bar service was not good. Walked around us for 15 mins before acknowledging us. Food was absolutely not worth the price tag. Frozen Ellios pizza for insane money. Wild. Cold wings. Best thing we had was the jerk chicken. Restaurant/bar had no AC. Our drinks melted before we could even drink them. No one came to change over the room. We were there for 3 days. We had to call for fresh towels. Hot tub is broken. The only good thing about this place is the 15 minute walk to Magens Bay. Side not. It’s cats palace. So if you’re allergic it’s not for you. "

"Bed was comfortable and that’s about the only good thing I can say. Wait staff was terrible. They were slow to acknowledge you, acted like they didn’t want to be there, and didn’t get the orders right. It might have something to do with the fact that gratuity was automatically included so there was no reason for them to earn tips. They advertised “Coffee and Crosswords” every morning, and that was a complete joke. It entailed a keurig machine and three puzzle books (2 of which were sudoku-type puzzles and one was a kid’s book) on the second floor of the lobby, which had no working air conditioner and the thermostat read 99 degrees. The bars closed early, the food was mediocre, and the beach was terrible with black sludge. Overall, not a good experience. "

"The house was exactly as advertised and overall a great place to stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing well. Just be prepared for some steep hills when driving to the property.During our stay, we did experience an issue with the AC. The host was responsive and did arrange for someone to come take a look, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the problem wasn’t fully resolved, and one of the bedrooms did not have working AC for the duration of our stay.Aside from that inconvenience, we still enjoyed the property and had a good experience overall."

"This home was the PERFECT family getaway destination. The views, the pool, the amenities. 10 out of 10 in every way. We loved that each bedroom has its own temp control. The huge kitchen is a great gathering point to start and end each day. We enjoyed the quiet coffee time each morning watching the sun rise over Tortola. Wow! Plenty of covered outdoor space to be out of the sun. We had a mix of young children and adults and the pool and playroom gave everyone plenty to do. The reality is even better than the pictures. Just wow!"
