"Staff were wonderfully welcome a d even gave us a welcome drink! Lovely clean, modern rooms. The cafe bit was unmanned in the morning despite being open, so a shame we couldn't grab a coffee from the hotel to take away on our drive. Would stay again and a very convenient city centre location (especially for the trains)."

"Overall great hotel location, lovely downstairs area, clean and spacious room. Areas are a little bit worn and could do with some fixing up or TLC. The young lady at front desk wasn't super warm but checked me in mega fast (I don't really like conversation but a friendly hello wouldn't have gone a miss). Overall would stay again, had a great sleep! And lots of parking!"

"Anither great stay with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and tidy with a great tea tray, jammie dodgers all the way! Bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and cushions, great view of the park. Breakfast buffet was really good quality and lots of choice. Iverall a fantastic stay was had :)"

"The room was nice and very handy fir the family wedding we were attending. We booked a twin room which worked out well as the beds were in semi separate areas. I was disappointed with breakfast as poached eggs weren't available and I don't like scrambled. There were cereals, yogurts, apples and pears which for £15 didn't seem to be the variety I was hoping for as I'm a big breakfast fan. If you're a meat eater my adult children said the full breakfast was nice."

"Amazing room and comfy bed. All newly refurbished. Lovely swans made on the bed with the towels. Used the pool and assume that area hasn’t finished been done yet - steam room needs refurbishing but sauna and swim were great. Bar at the back on the waterfront really nice."
