"Absolutely wonderful room! The service from the gentlemen working at the hotel was outstanding (the woman who worked at the front desk was not very friendly). The breakfast was lovely and delicious. My biggest complaint is that they did not clear the snow and ice on the stone stairs and pathways to get to and from the hotel, so it felt quite dangerous to leave the hotel (to get dinners, for example). I don’t understand why, days after the snow, they hadn’t done the work to make getting around safer. "

"Bathroom tiles are slippery when dry, wet and it is like walking on ice. No body soap is provided, although specifies so. Shampoo smeels like tobacco. Double bed (two twins put together) was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Barely slept. Breakfast is average with majority food being extremely oily. Reception staff was friendly. Towels and slippers were changed rapidly when requested "
