"Room was clean and lobby was nice. Thin walls but overall good stay and gets the job done"

"The first room they checked us in had a very loud noise, the receptionist tried to convince my husband that nothing wrong with it! We said we can’t sleep in this noise, they showed us another room that is smells. Finally got a better room around 10:30 pm. The first room had a dead cockroach! The second room had behind the night stand Reese cup’s wraps.( I have pictures!). We didn’t try the breakfast because it was pre packed so we didn’t thing it is worth waking up early to grab it! By the way, no shampoo in rooms you have to go down to the front desk to ask for a couple of them. They don’t give you this information when you check in. You go to your room and get in the shower then you will be surprised that there is no shampoo! Only a soap bar. "

"The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. The lobby, whole hotel, and room was immaculate. Great Breakfast …had bfast sandwiches, oatmeal, cereal, boiled eggs, bagels, cinnamon rolls, Starbucks coffee. Easy available parking"

"I had to go for my doctors appointment to Carl hospital with my grandmaa which is 10 mins from this Hotel and i choose to stay here . Very kind people they helped me with the area and very very clean rooms newly remodeled and gave me on first floor the office area was looking very luxurious. Again very very clean rooms. I’ll be back please keep that room for me that same clean room for me .obviously you’res all rooms are neat and clean but but I want my personal suite which 116 ."

"We stopped here while traveling through town. Room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly! Value of the room was good even with the $40 pet fee. We appreciated having a washer and dryer available to do a load of laundry."

"We had a room reserved here, but did not stay due to the rudeness of the front desk help. All I said was that I was surprised about the pet fee since it was not clearly listed on the hotels.com site like others were. I had chosen this hotel because others said they HAD pet fees, but this one only said pets allowed. When I questioned the pet fee, the manager very rudely told me it WAS listed on the site, and she would find it and show it to me! I told her I had not seen it on the site, and she said you don’t have to stay here! I can cancel the reservation and you can go elsewhere! There was no need to escalate the situation. I had my card out and was willing to pay the fee. We don’t typically travel with pets, so this was a surprise to us. There was no need for such rudeness!!!! It’s a shame because the hotel was a lovely place!"

"We got there. It took like 30 mins between finding someone and actually checkin in. Which i already paid online and all that. We went to the room, tv didnt work. Bathtub was weird and didnt have a plug. It also looked like there was something rubbed gross rubbed on the wall. Also the lawn company showed up at 730am on a Saturday. Super annoying. Also the pool wasnt working but looked huge. Not like crazy bad things but just alot of annoying lil things that could of not happened"
