"Arrived to find hand prints marks all over the walls the bottom floor heater was set to 99 heat when it’s only 70 degrees outside up stairs ac didn’t work at all had to have maintenance come out during are stay 2nd floor shower handle was hanging not even attached the baseboards in the kitchen were flapping the couch on the back patio was tour apart the rental agency was fast to reply but just unacceptable to walk into after spending so much money for a vacation "

"Pros: Nice place, well decorated, cool vibe, spacious. Property management company is very responsive. Priced very well for size and amenities. Cons: Reservation process with management company requires a lot of overhead, app functionality is very poor and doesn't work half the time. Parking was really bad, had to park on curb outside of property most days. Closet space is limited or non-existent in some rooms, especially in the master upstairs. It would be a simple, inexpensive add to have hanging racks in bedrooms that have no closet or drawer space. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am which is pretty egregious. "
