"This hotel is a delight. The service is impeccable from the moment you walk in - amazing.
The rooms are absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Do yourself a favour and book a room here next time you go to Tokyo. "
"We were in Tokyo for the weekend. The hotel is very new and well kept. It is within walking distance of Tokyo station and Ginza is also within walking distance. So many places for food and shopping. Our room was a decent size and the staff at the hotel were very kind and accommodating. "
"Clean room, decent size for Tokyo, even had a massage chair which we ended up using every night to our own surprise. The downside is that it takes a lot of space and if you are a couple with 2 large bags it becomes difficult to move.
The breakfast is basic so if not included in your rate, don’t bother with it.
The check in is strictly at 14:00 with no flexibility- they literally wait until 2PM on the dot to start check in - regardless if the rooms are ready. This means that there is a huge crowd of people waiting to check in at the same time - so it’s a bit of a mess. Not sure why the management wouldn’t check people in earlier if the rooms are ready.
Nevertheless, a solid option for a short stay, 7 min walk to Tokyo station and right on top of Ginza line. "
