"What a terrible hotel simply untrustworthy front desk staff. We booked a two week stay for business colleagues from Australia, at check in we were told no room available and they had contacted Hotels.com cancelling the booking. I spoke to Hotels.com and this was not the case and the hotel had already been paid for the two week stay in advance of our check in - so their claim was a lie. "nice apartment with a good view and easy access down the mall. Room quite spacious compare to similar apartments, cozy, phone signal reception still good, kitchenware also clean and pretty new. This was managed by Travelio so we redirected with the checkin proses with them. The only downside is there is no hot water. Overall is very good and will recommend to stay again next time."

"Séjour horrible! Même si le personnel semblait sympathique, l’état de l’auberge laisse à désirer. La chambre très mal entretenue puait (littéralement) à tel point que j’ai du dormir avec un masque et de l’huile de lavande. État de propreté discutable! J’ai dû demander un drap car seulement une couverture sans doute pas lavée après le passage des clients.
