"This is our second stay at Midgarth, and hopefully not our last. The listing is accurate. It has plenty of room for our family of five to comfortably hang out during our visit to Leadville and Ski Cooper. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, there are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms, drip coffee maker as well as a machine that will take K-cups, which is appreciated. The location is convenient and we thoroughly enjoyed it all! "

"The place is full of cobwebs, shower drain was slow enough that the tub was filling up slowly, and the chair in the front room is broken with the seat portion sitting in the floor. The heat was all or nothing, but it’s a very old building and only so much you can do about that. I won’t hold it against you too much. "

"The view of the mountains was amazing, sunsets were beautiful. Ski cooper was only ten minutes away with very little traffic. Wonderful restaurants close by and spectacular house with everything just perfect, thank you. Will look forward to staying again in the future!!"

"The Host was amazing (responsive, considerate, helpful and accessible). The home is new, located in a great neighborhood, and everything in the home looks good and works well. Hopefully, the owner is still in the process of adding to the available pots and pans to complete the cooking experience, and I assume there will eventually be steps to access the hot tub (which was LOVELY--BEST HOT TUB that I've ever had at a VRBO!!). Overall, this was just an amazing place and we will stay there again in the future."
