"The floor is hardwood which I liked it. Theres no hair dryer, a very basic item that they don’t offer. The parking is easy. I could hear upstairs walking sound and next door talking voice, insulation of the wall and ceiling are bad. Given the price, this is a good deal and not too bad. Free parking what else I ask for. "

"Be aware that the LA Hotel Worker Protection Fee and other local taxes will be added to your bill on-site, even if you’ve prepaid through Expedia. I suggest the hotel disclose these fees more transparently to prevent surprises. Most disappointingly, when I called hotel to inquire about these fees after my visit, the staff was aggressive and unprofessional. This lack of service recovery has discouraged me from staying here again. Professionalism and clearer communication are definitely needed."

"This property is very dated and trying to fit in. There are mirrors EVERYWHERE!! With lots of fingerprints The carpets were pretty dirty… the restaurant was understaffed… the food was pretty good tho. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the beds and linens we very comfortable! Location for us and all the activities we were doing was perfect! "

"I booked a two-night stay and received confirmation, including a response from the host when I inquired about directions from the airport. However, upon arrival, there was no one present, and no instructions were provided for accessing the property. My booking still showed as active. When I contacted Hotels.com, I was informed only then, that the host had cancelled my reservation via email despite active on the app. This alone was highly distressing. While attempting to resolve the situation outside the property, the experience escalated further when a police helicopter began circling overhead and shining a spotlight on me. Shortly after, two armed police officers approached me from a police car as if I were a suspect. This was an extremely frightening and humiliating experience. This situation reflects a serious failure in communication and basic duty of care. No guest should be placed in such a position."

"Staff is great and location is very ideal. Lots of walking nearby. Rooms are musty, there is no fan in the bathroom and the sink doesn’t touch the wall so water can go on the floor. No full length mirror in the room. There was no safe in the room and we had to get house keeping to come install one which was very inconvenient. The rooftop was amazing views and the pool and loungers were awesome. The pool floor was pretty dirty but it’s an outdoor pool. The drinks and service at the pool were a great way to relax "
