"The Beverly Hills Boutique Hotel is very chic. It's very clean and polished. The desk clerk was professional and kind. I feel that the $40 parking fee is excessive and probably should be comped as there is no complimentary tea/coffee, water, snacks or breakfast. My room was nice and clean but cold and I tried to use the remote to warm up the room but unsuccessful. The television has limited channels and doesn't get loud enough to really hear it. I did call for room service, an extra blanket and it was brought up quickly. All in all I did enjoy my short stay and would stay again and even refer to family and friends but just wanted to speak of my experience and give opportunities for improvement."

"This property is very dated and trying to fit in. There are mirrors EVERYWHERE!! With lots of fingerprints The carpets were pretty dirty… the restaurant was understaffed… the food was pretty good tho. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the beds and linens we very comfortable! Location for us and all the activities we were doing was perfect! "

"I booked a two-night stay and received confirmation, including a response from the host when I inquired about directions from the airport. However, upon arrival, there was no one present, and no instructions were provided for accessing the property. My booking still showed as active. When I contacted Hotels.com, I was informed only then, that the host had cancelled my reservation via email despite active on the app. This alone was highly distressing. While attempting to resolve the situation outside the property, the experience escalated further when a police helicopter began circling overhead and shining a spotlight on me. Shortly after, two armed police officers approached me from a police car as if I were a suspect. This was an extremely frightening and humiliating experience. This situation reflects a serious failure in communication and basic duty of care. No guest should be placed in such a position."

"Staff is great and location is very ideal. Lots of walking nearby. Rooms are musty, there is no fan in the bathroom and the sink doesn’t touch the wall so water can go on the floor. No full length mirror in the room. There was no safe in the room and we had to get house keeping to come install one which was very inconvenient. The rooftop was amazing views and the pool and loungers were awesome. The pool floor was pretty dirty but it’s an outdoor pool. The drinks and service at the pool were a great way to relax "
