"The light in the bathroom was so poor it was hard to see and do makeup. The overall stay was nice."

"shuttle iffy, quick efficient friendly check in, efficient elevator, big room with clean comfy bed & tv with lots of channels plus fridge with unopened and in date tv dinner meal & drinks! (I didn’t take advantage!) noisy motorcycle around 9pm but otherwise quiet (despite jolly good bar and grill in the parking area. shuttle at 02.30 super efficient- recommended probably!"

"This was my second time at this hotel, but I must admit it was not as good as my first time. While it was only okay overall, I noticed that things in general weren't as up-to-snuff as before: the ground floor hallways needed to be swept/vacuumed, the elevator at the front of the building had a broken call button for my floor, so it was unusable to me, and the other elevator at the back was dirty (I noticed it was finally cleaned up by the time I left), and trash was having to be piled up outside the cans in the ice machine station on my floor. My room was alright as far as the basics go, however I did have problems with the wifi and had to call the tech support number to get things fixed, and there were several channels on my room TV that were not functional: either picture without audio, frozen picture and no audio, or very broken up/interrupted picture and audio. Unfortunately, this was all disappointing to me as it was not my experience the first time I stayed there (last year). I'm not sure why things have changed, but I seriously doubt I will return. "

"Despite having my do not disturb sign out at 9am there they are pounding on my door and walking in. Then 45 min later they’re calling my room! I’m sure I would have slept in otherwise after a very long day of travel. "

"An older hotel, but the room was clean, beds were super comfy, and airport shuttle was on time. They do charge for parking if you’re flying and leaving your car, which I thought made their advertising of “free parking” a bit misleading. "
