"Everything was wonderful, we were upgraded to ocean view. I just don't understand why they would charge us if we would use the coffee if it was part of the amenities and the maids were always asking for tips leaving notes and envelopes. We don't need to be told, it's obvious that you have to leave a daily tip. I just wish they would concentrate more on leaving toilet paper instead of me asking for it practically daily. I do want to praise Veronica the receptionist for her professionalism "

The room was dirty it had not been cleaned yet when we got there so we had to wait 3 hours for the room to be cleaned , one room did not have a proper Ac working and when we cheled out i asked for a late checo out for the 3 hours i was owed and they charged me am additional 700 pesos for 3 more hours instead of giving them for free for the late check in, and they wanted to charge us an additional 200 pesos for a bracelet we never used , absurd and unprofessional never going back ever . "
