"While the rooms are clean and the ocean-view accommodations offer a genuinely pleasant outlook, I strongly advise against purchasing the all-inclusive package. This was, without question, the least “inclusive” all-inclusive resort experience I have encountered. From the moment of arrival, we felt unwelcome and unaccommodated . A simple request for two room keys—one for myself and one for my spouse—was denied under the justification of a “safety issue,” which felt unreasonable and poorly explained.The lack of basic hospitality continued throughout the stay. Our room was stocked with only 2 towels despite a reservation for four guests. When I contacted the front desk to request additional towels, I was questioned about occupancy, even though the booking clearly reflected 4 guests.Dining was another major disappointment. The buffet offerings were consistently mediocre, to the point that we chose to dine off-property on multiple occasions. The reservation system for specialty restaurant was poorly managed—advertised as available between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM, yet fully booked within minutes of opening. We were only able to secure a reservation on our final day. Even more concerning, my children—who were included in the all-inclusive package—were not permitted to order from the specialty menu and were instead directed to the buffet. Overall, the experience felt short of expectations. I will not be returning to this property nor would I recommend it to others. "

"Overall, the experience was really good. The place was clean and the check-in instructions were pretty clearHowever, there were no instructions once I got there as to what was expected of me as a guest in that apartment, for example I didn’t know where to take my garbage or where to put my recycling. I would’ve happily stripped the bed and thrown everything in the washing machine if I hadn’t known, that was what was expected, for exampleThe biggest disappointment was that the property is advertised as having an outside pool it does not, the property is advertised is having a dryer. It does not. The dryer wasn’t a big issue, but the pool was……sometimes you just don’t wanna lug all your stuff to the beach. But the location was great, I had a small maintenance issue when I first arrived, and the owner looked after it right away, This was my first verbal experience and overall it was a four star experience."

Most of all, Nancy was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a most special stay. And if you have the opportunity to go on one of Nancy's excusrions on the boat or paddleboard, I highly recommend the experience! "

The room was dirty it had not been cleaned yet when we got there so we had to wait 3 hours for the room to be cleaned , one room did not have a proper Ac working and when we cheled out i asked for a late checo out for the 3 hours i was owed and they charged me am additional 700 pesos for 3 more hours instead of giving them for free for the late check in, and they wanted to charge us an additional 200 pesos for a bracelet we never used , absurd and unprofessional never going back ever .
