"We stayed at the courtyard Marriott for four nights. The place is clean and the staff were generally friendly. We did not get any maid service unless we asked for it the whole entire time we stayed there."

"Room 1402 is were we stayed. Lots of positives for sure. Good sized suite, acceptable wifi, great pool, solid kitchen appliances, functional washer/ dryer in unit, and great location immediately come to mind. The property manager was very responsive when we mentioned a few items we needed done ( like scheduling cleaners). Issues that will need to be addressed going forward are: uncomfortable bed in main bedroom. Sub-par pillows and sheets in bedrooms as well.Tge pillows feel like a sack of socks, and the sheets had holes in them! The AC unit in the main bedroom was not working when we arrived. It took about 3 days to get that serviced properly. Unfortunately, at the end of our stay, the same AC unit stopped working again, so it was very warm in the unit, making it hard to sleep. Probably a refrigerant leak. One last thing, we stayed over the Christmas/ New years holiday, so the street noise was very noticeable, even at night! That didn't bother me, but my wife had her white noise device going all the time to block it out. "

"Everything was 100% clean and as advertised. The view is out of this world! Most of all, Nancy was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a most special stay. And if you have the opportunity to go on one of Nancy's excusrions on the boat or paddleboard, I highly recommend the experience! "

"We had a horrible check in. The room was dirty it had not been cleaned yet when we got there so we had to wait 3 hours for the room to be cleaned , one room did not have a proper Ac working and when we cheled out i asked for a late checo out for the 3 hours i was owed and they charged me am additional 700 pesos for 3 more hours instead of giving them for free for the late check in, and they wanted to charge us an additional 200 pesos for a bracelet we never used , absurd and unprofessional never going back ever . "
