I would’ve happily stripped the bed and thrown everything in the washing machine if I hadn’t known, that was what was expected, for exampleThe biggest disappointment was that the property is advertised as having an outside pool it does not, the property is advertised is having a dryer. It does not. The dryer wasn’t a big issue, but the pool was……sometimes you just don’t wanna lug all your stuff to the beach. But the location was great, I had a small maintenance issue when I first arrived, and the owner looked after it right away, This was my first verbal experience and overall it was a four star experience."

The room was dirty it had not been cleaned yet when we got there so we had to wait 3 hours for the room to be cleaned , one room did not have a proper Ac working and when we cheled out i asked for a late checo out for the 3 hours i was owed and they charged me am additional 700 pesos for 3 more hours instead of giving them for free for the late check in, and they wanted to charge us an additional 200 pesos for a bracelet we never used , absurd and unprofessional never going back ever .
